Information we may handle

Depending on how you use Daddy’s AI Recipe, this may include:

• Your name, email address and optional profile photo.
• Login, verification and essential session information.
• Recipe preferences and other details you enter.
• Uploaded photos or videos and frames extracted from videos.
• Detected and consolidated ingredient information.
• Generated recipes, recipe history, ratings and feedback.
• Support messages and troubleshooting information you provide.

How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and keep users signed in.
• Analyse ingredients and generate requested recipes.
• Save and display recipe history and ratings.
• Deliver verification codes and recipes by email.
• Improve the user experience during beta testing.
• Provide support, investigate problems and keep the service operating.

Uploaded photos, videos and processing files

Uploaded photos and videos are stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage so the recipe-processing workflow can access them. Video frames and detected ingredient files may also be stored there as processing outputs.

Local working copies of uploaded videos and photos are created in temporary folders and are removed when that temporary processing workspace closes. The current beta implementation does not apply a published fixed deletion period to uploaded originals, extracted frames or processing outputs held in Blob Storage, so those files may remain until they are deleted as part of service maintenance or in response to a valid request.

Service providers

Daddy’s AI currently relies on service providers including:

• OpenAI to analyse submitted images or video frames, consolidate detected ingredients and generate recipe content.
• Microsoft Azure for application hosting and file storage, with PostgreSQL used for account and recipe data.
• Zoho to deliver login verification and recipe emails.

These providers process relevant information to perform their services and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and sessions

Daddy’s AI uses essential cookies and session data for authentication, the private beta access flow and normal application operation. These are used to recognise an authenticated browser and maintain necessary state.

Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the current beta service. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact hello@daddysai.app with privacy questions or requests to delete information associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Changes to this policy

Daddy’s AI is still evolving. We may update this policy as features, providers or information-handling practices change. The date above will identify the latest published version.
